FAQ

What are the arrival and departure times?+

Arrival between 4 pm and 7 pm: we will be there to welcome you, hand over the keys and show you around the house. Departure at 10 am; a later departure is possible on request, if the house is not booked straight after.

Do we need to clean before leaving?+

No, end-of-stay cleaning is included. We simply ask you to leave the kitchen clean, strip the beds and take the rubbish to the bins at the end of the street.

Is the house suitable for young children?+

Yes. The garden is fully enclosed, and we provide a travel cot, high chair, baby bath, children’s tableware, and books and toys for 5 to 10-year-olds.

Are pets allowed?+

No, for the comfort of all our guests, especially those with allergies.

Can we smoke or have a party?+

The house is non-smoking (smoking is allowed on the terraces), and parties are not permitted: we are in a quiet residential area where noise is kept down after 10 pm.

How can we get there without a car?+

Deauville and Pont-l’Évêque train stations are 15 minutes away. Honfleur bus station, on Quai Lepaulmier, serves Le Havre, Deauville and Caen.
